Siam continues to develop academic programs to gain international recognition. Siam has also signed memoranda of understanding with major higher education institutions to participate in educational activities.
The International Business Daily, under the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, has set up a "Belt and Road" international think tank at Siam University to better serve and support the countries along the "Belt and Road" route.

Since 2000, Siam University has signed Memoranda of Understanding with more than 100 internationally renowned institutions for in-depth educational exchange and cooperation.
