致我校全体留学生——2023年新年公告 To all international students - New Year's announcement 2023

2022年即将要过去了。这一年我们经历了很多的不平凡，重新回到了大学的教室、见到了一起上过很多堂课的同学；
也许在将要结束的2022年里我们在不断的失去、获得、释怀和成长。要相信凡事过往皆为序章，所有将来皆可期盼，愿在即将到来的2023年一切平安顺遂。
The year 2022 is coming to an end. This year we have experienced a lot of extraordinary things, returning to the university classroom, meeting students who have attended many classes together.
Perhaps in the coming 2022, we are losing, gaining, releasing and growing. We believe that everything in the past is a prelude, and all the future can be looked forward to, so we hope that everything will be safe and smooth in the coming 2023.

泰中建交47周年系列活动 Thailand-China Diplomatic Relations 47th Anniversary Series

泰中两国自建交以来，泰中关系岁月磨砺，砥砺前行。两国政治互信不断加深，经贸合作日益拓展，文化交流更加密切，教育成果不断累积，“中泰一家亲”是两国人民的共同心声。
新冠疫情爆发以来，两国人民同舟共济、患难与共，用实际行动诠释了“中泰一家亲”的深厚友谊和人类共同体的伟大精神。
今年是泰中建交47周年，回顾泰中两国47年友好交往历程，特别自“一带一路”倡议以来，泰中两国各个领域合作不断深入，而在《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》暨“RCEP”生效实施近一年之际，两国从政府，到企业，到民间，其合作历经多年累计沉淀也迎来了新契机和历史机遇。数字经济、绿色经济、新能源产业等发展前沿领域合作前景广阔，中国的5G技术、电子商务、电动汽车、光伏产品等领域，正成为两国互利合作新的增长点。
特别是 2022年 APEC期间，习近平主席对泰国的访问，引领推动中泰关系发展具备了里程碑的意义。
　值此，泰国北京总商会携手泰中友好协会、泰国暹罗大学、泰国暹罗智库于2022年12月22日　共同举办“泰中建交47周年系列活动。

关于我院中国留学生涉嫌学术买卖的处罚通报 Disposition notice for Chinese students suspected of academic misconduct

近日学院发现学号为6317195027的MBA学生的IS毕业论文，涉嫌由他人代写、论文买卖的学术不端行为。
Recently the college found that the IS of MBA student with the student ID 6317195027 is suspected of academic misconduct of being written by others and thesis trading.

现经学院学术教务会议讨论，并提交暹罗大学伦理委员会审查，基于该生认错态度诚恳，给予该生撤销其论文提交流程，论文作废，并停学一学期的处罚。
Now, after discussion at the academic faculty meeting and submission to the Siam University Ethics Committee for review, the student has been given the penalty of revoking his thesis submission process, invalidating his thesis, and suspending him from school for one semester based on his sincere attitude in admitting his mistake.

为保证暹罗大学学术创新的良好环境、加上科研诚信建设，暹罗大学将会继续严厉的规范学生学术行为，严格的对学生论文进行审查，严肃的处理涉嫌违规的论文造假、买卖等学术不端行为。望各位同学引以为戒，自觉践行学术精神，恪守科研规范，坚守诚信底线。
In order to ensure a good environment for academic innovation and scientific integrity at Siam University, Siam University will continue to strictly regulate the academic behavior of students, review their theses strictly, and deal seriously with suspected irregularities such as thesis forgery, trading, and other academic misconduct. We hope that all students will take this as a warning to practice the spirit of scholarship, abide by the rules of research, and adhere to the bottom line of integrity.
